Corporate & Financial Compliance
We operate as a fully transparent and legally registered entity within Indonesia, ensuring accountability and adherence to national laws.
- Legal Entity: SIORA Komodo is a registered Indonesian Limited Liability Company (Perseroan Terbatas – PT) operating under the umbrella of our parent company, Juara Holding Group.

Operational Safety & Crew Certification
From our vessels to our vehicles, every component of your journey is subject to stringent safety standards.
- Maritime Safety & Certification: Every Phinisi and speedboat in our partner network must possess a valid Seaworthiness Certificate (Sertifikat Kelaiklautan) issued by the Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Laut (Directorate General of Sea Transportation). We physically inspect vessels to ensure they are equipped with modern navigation systems (GPS, Radar), communication equipment (VHF Radio, Satellite Phone), and a full complement of safety gear, including life rafts, life jackets, and firefighting equipment.
- Crew Welfare & Credentials: The well-being of our crew is essential for the safety of our guests. All our full-time employees are covered by Indonesia’s mandatory social security (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) and universal health care (BPJS Kesehatan). Our captains and engineers hold the required maritime licenses, and our guides are all certified by the HPI (Himpunan Pramuwisata Indonesia).
- Ground Transportation: All vehicles used for transfers are modern, air-conditioned, and equipped with GPS tracking. Our drivers are licensed professionals with impeccable safety records.
Emergency Preparedness & Protocols
We plan for every contingency to ensure a swift and effective response in the unlikely event of an emergency.
- 24/7 Operations Support: Our Labuan Bajo operations office is staffed and on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, monitoring all active trips.
- Medical Emergency Plan: We have a formal partnership with Siloam Hospitals Labuan Bajo, the region’s best-equipped medical facility, for immediate care. We also have a clear and tested protocol for medical evacuation to more comprehensive facilities in Bali, should it be necessary.
